Alan Kliffer

Alan Kliffer is an award winning producer and director originally from Canada. Now the Artistic Director of Asylum NYC in Chelsea, Kliffer has transformed the little theatre to a hub for the comedy industry. In Canada, Kliffer was known for mixing the comedy community with the theatrical community and creating and developing improvised theatricals through his company Kliffer Entertainment. After moving to New York in 2017, Kliffer was mentored by renowned Broadway producer Robyn Goodman, and quickly made his rise through the theatre and comedy community, developing shows, and working closely with the NYC Department of Education.
